Starting out as the sports editor and circulation director for the Regis University Brown & Gold, Mr. Ryan has more than 18 years experience in the publishing industry as both an executive and publisher. His achievements include publishing a nationally recognized management newsletter and developing one of the first premium-based subscription sales campaigns in the nation as marketing operations manager for The Washington Times. For nine years, Mr. Ryan was a newsletter publisher for NewsGroup Communications, a company he founded in 1989. NewsGroup designed, produced and distributed more than 400 editions of 90 different newsletters annually.
Prior to founding Take One! USA, Mr. Ryan managed the Washington D.C. market for DistribuTech, a nationwide publication distribution company. He is a proven revenue builder. In just 17 months, he increased the D.C. market's outside firm revenue by 257 percent, propelling it from 14th to fourth in the country for sales and growth. |

| With over 15 years experience in the publishing
and marketing industries, Arnie has both paid and free publication experience. Arnie's prior responsibilities include launching several publications in the Mid Atlantic Region. His extensive knowledge of free publication marketing and distribution is an important component in managing Take One! USA's field operations. Arnie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he excelled in both football and basketball and is a welcomed addition to the Take One! USA team.

| Having prior experience as both an auditor and distributor for several free publications, makes Dennis an important team member of Take One! USA. His responsibilities include quality control of market deliveries to our street kiosks and special placements for publishers. His auditing expertise is key to providing our publishers with up-to-date, accurate information on their product's movement and exposure. Dennis is also responsible for distributor hiring, training and evaluation. Prior to joining Take One! USA, Dennis served 20 years in the Navy. |
